It gives me immense pleasure to connect with you in the context of our educational endeavour. We at Maharshi, Mysuru have a Nursery wing, a Public School from class I to • class X affiliated to CBSE and a Pre-university College affiliated to the Karnataka State Board. Our mission and ambition is to provide holistic education to the students addressing all the dimensions of their development. This is in tune with the National Policy on Education 2020. We aspire to address varied needs, interests and aspirations of children through deliberately designed programmes and thoughtful interventions. The fact that our school has made a mark in several of the dimensions is a testimony to our credentials.

However, we are aware of the fact that ours is work in progress. We continue to make imaginative changes to ensure that optimal benefit accrues to our student community and they all blossom and flourish by actualizing their true potential. We are planning to align our school structure in line with the National Policy on Educa-tion-2020. Apart from incorporating other recommended changes, we plan to offer XI and XII standard courses as a part of Secondary Education right from the coming academic year. We believe that any educational effort would achieve success only when all stakeholders join hands and co-operate with one another. Therefore, it is our earnest effort to involve students, teachers and parents positively in the process of Education in order to achieve the objectives of education that benefits the requirements of the 21st century. However, we are rooted in our roots. We want the generation to commit themselves strongly to our Nation’s roots while they open themselves up for the challenges of the modern world.
